Blake Holland

Blake Holland, DPT, has extensive experience in physical therapy management and operations, currently serving as the Regional Director of Operations at Preferred Therapy Solutions since October 2006. Blake has held various leadership roles within the organization, including Area Manager and Director of Rehab at Cold Spring Hills, as well as Assistant Director of Rehab at Huntington Hills. Prior to this, Blake was the Director of Rehabilitation Services at Huntington Hills from January 2018 to November 2021 and worked as a Physical Therapist at New York Spine Physical Therapy from 2004 to 2007. Educational qualifications include a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Touro University (2001-2004) and a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from the University at Albany (1997-2001).
