Lori then transitioned to Fathom Creative, working as a Business Operations Manager. Lori moved on to become the Director of Finance and Special Projects at MeriStar Hospitality Corporation, where they improved benefits delivery services. Lori further excelled in their career as the VP of Compensation & Benefits at Interstate Hotels & Resorts, managing the implementation of a comprehensive health and welfare program for 38,000 employees. Lori later joined Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants as the Sr. Director of Compensation, Benefits & Compliance, overseeing a large workforce and earning recognition as one of Fortune's "100 Best Companies to Work For." Lori also held the position of Director of Communications at Hospitality Benefits. Prior to their current role as a Global Benefits Consultant at Preferred Travel Group, Lori worked independently as a Business Consultant, Writer, and Editor, providing various services including HRIS recruitment functionality and digital marketing support. With their extensive experience in benefits management and communication, Lori brings a wealth of knowledge to their current position.
