Eileen Johnson

Eileen Johnson is a seasoned Population Health Analyst at PreferredOne, where responsibilities include leading data analysis and performance monitoring for the Integrated Healthcare Services Department since February 2017. Prior experience at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota includes roles such as Senior Consultant and Director of Quality & Health Management, focusing on quality improvement programs and healthcare outcomes. Eileen also contributed as a Lean Six Sigma Belt/Process Analyst, leading continuous improvement projects. Additionally, Eileen served on the Board of Evaluators for the Minnesota Council for Quality and held a Director position at Ceridian overseeing Operational Excellence. Eileen holds a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic and has further education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and CDI Computer Academy.
