Marco Massini

Marco Massini has an extensive work experience in various roles and companies. In 2006, they co-founded Mercurio Capital Partners, a private investment firm focused on driving value creation for investors and high-potential companies through strategic growth consulting. Marco also founded Gallant Corporate Services in 2013, an advisory and corporate solutions firm providing strategic counsel and implementation support to individuals and SMEs looking to expand internationally. In 2014, they launched MCP Advisors to support high-potential companies seeking expansion and value creation counsel. Additionally, Massini has held positions as the Director of Strategy at McIntosh Group Inc., the Director & Chief Financial Officer at Pregmune, the Director of the US Subsidiary at Autry International, and the Director at Votto Vines Importing Inc. Marco has also served as an Officer of the US Subsidiary at Allegrini S.p.A. In 2018, they became the Chief Financial Officer at Rulex Inc., a data-driven decision-making platform. Lastly, as a Board Observer at Lucy AI, they participate in defining strategic goals and provides ongoing support to the management team.

Marco Massini earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, General from Columbia University, where they studied from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Food Technology and Processing at Università degli Studi di Parma in 1997.
