Annika Niehaus

Annika Niehaus has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles and industries. Annika is currently the Head of Human Resources & Compliance at prego services GmbH since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Human Resources Germany at SaarGummi Group from July 2021 to December 2022. Annika also worked at Robert Bosch GmbH, where they held the roles of HR Business Partner for Technical Functions, Quality Management, and Manufacturing Engineering from August 2019 to July 2021, and HR Business Partner for Commercial Functions from February 2017 to July 2019. Before joining Bosch, they worked at Merck Gruppe in multiple positions including Global HR Business Partner for Performance Materials - Advanced Technologies from February 2014 to November 2016, Head of CoE Global Solutions & Total Rewards Exempt from January 2012 to January 2014, Head of CoE Employment Policies & Strategies from September 2011 to December 2011, Senior Manager of Project Management Office & Strategy from November 2010 to August 2011, and Senior Expert in Compensation & Benefits from July 2009 to October 2010. Annika also gained experience at Dresdner Bank AG as an Expert in Compensation & Benefits from April 2005 to July 2009, and at Sparkasse Bochum as a Trainee from June 2002 to May 2004.

Annika Niehaus has a diverse education history. In 1994, they attended Buchhandlung van Kempen, where they received training as a bookseller (Buchhändler). Following this, from 1997 to 2002, they studied at Ruhr University Bochum and earned a diploma in economic sciences (Wirtschaftswissenschaften). Later, in 2013 and 2014, Annika enrolled in the Haufe Academy, completing a program in strategic HR management and becoming an HR Manager. In 2022, they attended the Inntal Institut and became a Certified Professional of Positive Psychology DACH-PP.
