François Bourrier-Soifer

François Bourrier-Soifer is the Deputy CEO at Preligens. Prior to this, they were a lawyer at Viguié Schmidt & Associés A.A.R.P.I. from January 2012 to September 2020. François specialized in M&A (Public and Private), PE, Regulatory, and Securities Litigation. From 2008 to 2014, François was also a lecturer at Univ. Paris 1 (Sorbonne) and Paris 2 (Assas), teaching Corporate and Securities Law, as well as Tax Law. From 2008 to 2012, they were an associate attorney at Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier, specializing in M&A (Public and Private), Regulatory, and Securities Litigation. François began their career as a trainee lawyer at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP from 2007 to 2008, before moving to Allen & Overy in 2006.

François Bourrier-Soifer reports to Arnaud Guérin, Co-Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Anne-Laure Hamery - VP, Human Resources, Renaud Allioux - Co-Founder & CTO, and Eve Arakelian - VP, Marketing & Public Affairs.
