Daniel Casiero is the current Principal at Prelude Growth Partners. Prior to this, they worked as an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company from January 2013 to December 2021, where they developed strategic and operational solutions for clients to drive financial performance and build functional capabilities across consumer & retail industries. Daniel also advised investment funds on acquisitions in the consumer & retail industries. Casiero then worked as an Investment Banking Analyst – Restructuring & Reorganization Group at The Blackstone Group from July 2011 to July 2013, where they developed valuation analyses, liquidity and solvency models, business plans, and M&A sale materials for transactions that included the sale and strategic turnaround of premium fashion brands, chapter 11 restructuring and sale of Los Angeles Dodgers (including team, stadium, and media rights), and strategic acquisition of a distressed printing / media company.

Daniel Casiero has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with Distinction from Harvard Business School, a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Economics from The Wharton School, and a College Semester Abroad from Università Bocconi. Daniel attended high school at Delbarton School.

They work with Lauren D’Amore - Senior Associate, Emily Patrick - Senior Associate, and Will Quartner - Principal. Daniel Casiero reports to Neda Daneshzadeh, Co-Founder & Managing Partner.
