Michael Shuman has over two decades of experience in technical support and help desk management. Since June 2000, Michael has served as Help Desk Team Leader at Prelude Services, overseeing the Help Desk ticketing system and managing incoming incidents through various communication channels. Prior to this role, Michael was Support Desk Manager at Companion Technologies, where responsibilities included providing technical support for multiple clients and managing a team of analysts. Michael's expertise includes working with UNIX operating systems and developing various programs to enhance customer service and staff training.
