Ashley Schwab

Ashley Schwab is a Senior Research Associate at Prelude Therapeutics since October 2022, specializing in evaluating the potency and selectivity of new molecules through various cell-based assays and developing optimized assay systems for screening initiatives. Previously, at Century Therapeutics, LLC from October 2020 to October 2022, Ashley focused on developing immune assays and conducting phenotypic and functional screenings of engineered immune cells. Additionally, experience includes roles as Associate Scientist II at bluebird bio, where analytical testing of lentiviral vectors was performed, and as Research Scientist at Pfizer, where large-scale DNA purification and protein therapeutic discovery efforts were supported. The early career included a Laboratory Technician position at Eton Bioscience, Inc. Educational qualifications consist of a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Suffolk University and a Master of Science in Immunology from Drexel University College of Medicine, expected in May 2024.
