Dana Schafer

Dana Schafer has extensive experience in total rewards and compensation, currently serving in the Total Rewards role at Prelude Therapeutics since August 2021. Previously, Dana held the position of Senior Director Total Rewards at Tmunity Therapeutics Incorporated for a brief period from April to July 2021. Dana's background includes serving as Director of Global Compensation at Quaker Houghton from September 2019 to April 2021, and roles in compensation at Houghton International from October 2018 to April 2021. Dana’s experience also encompasses a long tenure at Shire Pharmaceuticals, where responsibilities included Total Rewards Operations Director and Associate Total Rewards Director from January 2005 to April 2018.
