Lydia Makrioniti

Lydia Makrioniti currently serves as the Head of Expansion Growth & Operations at Prembly since August 2023. Previously, Lydia co-founded Lymak, where negotiations with Greek high-end fashion designers and international account development were primary responsibilities. Lydia's experience also includes roles as a Consulting Mentor at diiVe, where supervision of interns focused on combating identity fraud in Africa, and as an MBA Project Consultant at Meta, conducting market research to enhance youth well-being on the platform. Earlier positions include Business Development & Operations Executive at Alexander/Ryan Marine & Safety LLC, Operations Coordinator at Hellenic College Holy Cross, and Undergraduate Research Assistant at the same institution. Lydia holds an MBA from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Hellenic College Holy Cross.
