Aziz Chowdhury

Aziz Chowdhury is an experienced talent acquisition and development professional currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Development at Premera Blue Cross since February 2021. Prior to this role, Aziz held several key positions, including Director of Clinician Recruiting at The Everett Clinic and Principal of Talent Acquisition Operations at Doxy Advisors, where significant contributions included establishing a consulting business and executing interim leadership assignments in various sectors.
