Bill Keller

Bill Keller is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in provider network services and project performance improvement. Currently serving as Vice President of Provider Network Services at Premera Blue Cross since January 2001, Keller has previously held positions such as Vice President at Project Performance Corporation, where responsibilities included consulting for Federal and private sector clients. Earlier roles include Operations Director and Senior Program Director at Waste Policy Institute, focusing on management and technical consulting for the Department of Energy's nuclear environmental cleanup efforts, and General Manager at Pacific Nuclear, providing operations support consulting for nuclear power facilities. Keller's career also includes founding Energy Design Consultants as Principal/Owner and serving as Lead Engineer for nuclear plant design at Bechtel Power Corporation. Keller holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
