Elizabeth Senzek

Elizabeth Senzek, MBA, SPHR, currently serves as the Principal HR Business Partner at Premera Blue Cross, a position held since January 2005, where expertise is provided to leaders across various departments including Sales, Marketing, and Legal, focusing on workforce planning, employee relations, and organizational design.
