Frank Locke

Frank Locke is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in system engineering and information technology management. Currently serving as a System Engineer V at Premera Blue Cross since July 2014, Frank plays a crucial role in a not-for-profit health insurance company based in Mountlake Terrace, Washington. Prior to this, Frank held the position of IT Manager and Network Architect at Grand Pacific Resorts from January 2002 to August 2013, overseeing all aspects of IT management, including departmental supervision and budget management. Additionally, Frank has contributed to the industry as a Senior Site Manager at AboveNet Communications, Inc. and as a Senior Site Administrator at Ask.com, one of the pioneers in natural language search engines. Frank completed a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences at Arizona State University from 1991 to 1996.
