Scott Moor

Scott Moor, CMA, CFM, PgMP, has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Scott started their career at Premera Blue Cross in 2015 as a Sr. Program Portfolio Manager and later became the Lead Corporate Strategist, Strategy Management in 2018. Prior to this, Scott worked at Zones, Inc. as a Consultant, where they led cross-functional teams and managed programs to increase sales. Scott also served as the IT Relationship Manager and Liaison for Technology Investments at Intellectual Ventures in 2014, where they developed and implemented new processes. Before that, Scott was the Senior Project Manager at MUSIC Group, where they led global strategic business transformation projects and implemented a project governance methodology. Scott also worked at Intellectual Ventures as a Program Manager, overseeing the company's business intelligence roadmap and designing a governance framework for the project portfolio. Prior to these roles, Scott had a long tenure at Russell Investments, where they held various positions such as Internal Management Consultant, Chief of Staff for CIO, and Senior Financial Analyst, among others. Throughout their career, Scott has demonstrated their expertise in project management, strategy implementation, technology governance, and financial analysis.

Scott Moor, CMA, CFM, PgMP, has a strong educational background in finance, accounting, and management. Scott obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from Pacific Lutheran University in 1991. In 1994, they furthered their education by earning the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification from the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA).

Scott continued to enhance their expertise in finance by pursuing a Master of Science (MS) degree in Finance from Seattle University from 1994 to 1996. Their knowledge in this field was further recognized with the Certified in Financial Management (CFM) certification from IMA in 2000.

Recognizing the importance of management and leadership skills in their career, Scott pursued an Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership from the MIT Sloan School of Management. This program spanned from 2005 to 2007.

Recently, Scott decided to broaden their knowledge beyond their primary field of finance and enrolled in Grand Canyon University for a Master of Arts (MA) degree in History. Scott is currently pursuing this degree, starting in 2020.

Throughout their professional journey, Scott also acquired several additional certifications. In 1994, they obtained the Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. This was followed by their CFM certification in 1994 and the PgMP certification in 2013.
