James Carrington

James Carrington, CFA, currently serves as the Head of Client Engagement at Premialab, a position held since February 2024. Prior to this role, James was the Head of Client Delivery - Analytics at Confluence from June 2022 to February 2024, and previously held multiple positions at Investment Metrics, including Head of Client Success for EMEA & APAC and Head of Client Support for EMEA from June 2017 to June 2022. James has a background in client consulting and support, complemented by experience as a Senior Analyst at Fidelity International and an Analyst at Fidelity Worldwide Investment. Early professional experience includes roles at Italk Ltd, where James excelled in customer retention and sales. James holds a Bachelor's Degree in Financial Economics from the University of Kent, obtained between 2010 and 2013.
