Sheila M. McCullough

Sheila M. McCullough currently serves as Senior Vice President and Head of Wealth Solutions Client Engagement & Participant Education Organization at Voya Financial, a position held since January 2025. Previously, McCullough worked as Vice President of Strategic Relationship Management at Voya Financial from January 2014 to April 2022. Prior to joining Voya, McCullough held roles as Director of Institutional Relationships Retirement at TIAA-CREF and as Director and Senior Relationship Manager Retirement at Bank of America Merrill Lynch Institutional Retirement Services. McCullough began a career in relationship management at Scudder Investments, where the role of Vice President in Retirement was held from 1987 to 1998. McCullough holds a degree in Liberal Arts with a focus on Business/Managerial Economics from Saint Anselm College and an MBA in Finance from Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School.
