Kathy Bushway

Kathy Bushway has extensive work experience in the banking industry and marketing field. Kathy is currently the Chief Marketing Officer at Premier Bank, a position they have held since July 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Marketing and Senior Vice President at Home Savings from September 2016 to July 2020. Kathy also served in various roles at FirstMerit Bank from September 2004 to September 2016, including SVP, Segment Marketing Director, and SVP, Director of Marketing/Communications. Before their time at FirstMerit Bank, they were the Director of Marketing at Haines from 1995 to 2004. Kathy started their career as the AVP, Director of Marketing at Bank One from August 1991 to August 1995. Kathy also worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Society Bank from August 1988 to March 1991 and began their professional journey as a Promotions Coordinator at Advanstar Communications from 1984 to 1988.

Kathy Bushway earned their Bachelor of Science, School of Journalism degree in Advertising from Kent State University. Kathy later pursued further education and completed their MBA degree in MBA from Malone University, where they attended from 2006 to 2009.
