Sharon Davis has a strong background in human resources and leadership roles. Sharon is currently serving as the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Premier Bank, where they are responsible for delivering HR strategy and leadership for a publicly traded financial organization. Prior to this, Sharon held the position of Executive Vice President and Director of Human Resources at First Federal Bank of the Midwest, where they played a key role in leading the HR function and developing corporate strategy. Sharon also had senior HR positions at First Community Bank - Alabama, BBVA Compass, and Cintas, where they demonstrated expertise in employee relations, talent management, and compliance. Sharon has a proven track record of success in implementing succession planning processes and improving work performance through analysis of employee surveys.
Sharon Davis has a strong educational background in business administration. Sharon obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of South Alabama in the years 1999 to 2002. Sharon later pursued a Masters degree in Business Administration from the same university, completing it from 1999 to 2007.
In addition to their academic degrees, Sharon has also obtained professional certifications. Sharon has been certified as a SHRM-SCP by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and holds the SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
Furthermore, Sharon Davis engaged in a leadership development program called Leadership Mobile. Although no degree was granted, they dedicated their time to a community-based leadership project during the period of 2014 to 2015.
