Holly Cudia

Holly Cudia currently serves as Regional Sales Manager and Account Executive at Premier Beauty Supply since August 2023, while also working as a Real Estate Agent at RE/MAX since May 2022. Previously, Holly held the role of Salon Director at Charles Penzone, Inc. from November 2018 to November 2021, where responsibilities included leading a team of 75, training staff, and managing budgets to enhance guest experiences. As the Owner of Lice Clinics of America - Columbus from December 2016 to November 2018, Holly managed operations for two treatment centers, achieving significant business growth and overseeing various operational tasks. Holly’s career also includes a longstanding tenure as General Manager at Beauty First from March 2005 to December 2017, during which compliance, staff development, and strategic planning were key focus areas. Education was furthered at Hondros College in 2022.
