Alec Miller

Alec Miller serves as the General Counsel at PREMIER Design + Build Group, LLC, since July 2021, providing strategic legal advice in areas such as contracts, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Previously, Alec was a Partner at Rock Fusco & Connelly, LLC, where negotiations regarding digital signage contracts for Cook County and government transactions for a major Chicago pizza company were prominent. As President of Butterscotch Communications Group and Chairman of the Entertainment Law Group at Bryce Downey & Lenkov, LLC, Alec accumulated over twenty years of experience in the entertainment sector, successfully negotiating with major global media companies. Additional roles include Board Member at Chicago Dramatists and General Counsel for Advanced Medical Diagnostics, LLC. Alec holds a BA in Pre-law and Music Composition from Lawrence University and a JD in Entertainment Law from Valparaiso University School of Law.
