Paul Errico, Esq has a diverse work background. Paul is currently the Managing Attorney at Law Offices of Paul D. Errico, LLC since November 2016. Prior to that, they worked as a Mediator/Owner at Errico Mediation Group, LLC starting from January 2015. In 2012, they served as the Director Of Education at Premier Education Group. Paul has also worked as a Chief Petty Officer in the US Navy since 2001. Previously, from April 1991 to November 2011, they worked as a Deputy Sheriff at Middlesex Sheriff's Department.

Paul Errico, Esq. obtained their Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Emergency Medical Technology/Technician (EMT Paramedic) from Quinsigamond Community College in 1993. In 2010, they went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Social and Criminal Justice from Ashford University. After that, in 2013, they pursued a Juris Doctor degree specializing in American/U.S. Law/Legal Studies/Jurisprudence from the Massachusetts School of Law, which they completed in 2016. Finally, from 2016 to 2018, Paul Errico, Esq. attended Nichols College, where they simultaneously obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and MSOL degree.
