Holly Allen

Holly Allen currently serves as the Ambulatory Surgery Center Administrator at Henry’s Fork Surgery Center since January 2021 and has been an Office Manager at PREMIER EYE CARE OF EASTERN IDAHO PLLC since May 2016. Additionally, Holly has worked as a Realtor at Century 21 High Desert since January 2007 alongside their husband, Joe Allen. Prior experience includes a role as a Health Education Specialist at Eastern Idaho Public Health District from May 2015 to May 2016, where responsibilities included Ebola Program Planning and Medical Home Coordination. Holly also contributed to academia as a faculty member at Brigham Young University - Idaho from September 2003 to August 2014, teaching various health-related courses. Holly holds a Master's degree in Health Education from Idaho State University, a Bachelor's degree in Health Science from Brigham Young University - Idaho, and an Associate degree in Health Services from Ricks College.
