Martha Mendes Borges

Martha Mendes Borges is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in recruiting, staffing, and policy development. Currently serving as the Human Resources and Safety Compliance Manager at Premier Fence, LLC, since July 2021, Martha has demonstrated expertise in designing effective HR policies and addressing talent needs. Previously, in the role of Human Resources Generalist at Brandon Woods of New Bedford, Martha focused on both union and non-union staffing, while motivating and retaining talent through policy application. A former HR Manager at Lowe's Companies, Inc., and Payroll Specialist at Point3 Farma, Martha has also managed comprehensive HR functions, including payroll processing and employee benefits oversight. Martha holds a Master's degree in Business Education from Southern New Hampshire University.
