Howard Seely

Howard further pursued their education at Sam Houston State University, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Strategic Management from 2013 to 2016. In addition to their academic qualifications, they also obtained a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the State of Texas in August 1986.
