Ben Carlyon

Ben Carlyon has extensive experience in finance and procurement, currently serving as Head of Category in Procurement at Premier Foods since June 2019. Prior roles at Premier Foods include Procurement Finance Manager and Commercial Finance Accountant, where support was provided across three categories within the UK business unit. Ben's career began in financial analysis through a rotational graduate scheme, gaining exposure to various finance functions, including FP&A, commercial finance, procurement finance, and logistics finance. Additional work experience includes positions at Berkhamsted Golf Club, IBM, Next Group PLC, and Waitrose. Ben holds a CIMA degree in Management Accounting from BPP University and a BSc in Economics from the University of Surrey. Academic qualifications were completed at Chesham Grammar School with A-Levels in Economics, Mathematics, and ICT.
