Douglas Kinnear

Douglas Kinnear is an accomplished manufacturing and operations professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as the Manufacturing Director at Premier Foods since January 2022, Douglas is responsible for overseeing manufacturing operations at three powder processing plants and developing the company's powders strategy. Prior to Premier Foods, Douglas held key positions at Knighton Foods Ltd as Operations Director and at Cloetta, where responsibilities included leading CAPEX investment programs and enhancing process capabilities. Additional roles include Supply Chain & Operations Director at Saint-Gobain, Plant Manager at British Gypsum, and Production Manager at NGF EUROPE LIMITED. Douglas holds a BEng degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Strathclyde.
