Lee Baker

Lee Baker is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Chief Engineer at Premier Foods since February 2018, Lee oversees engineering operations at one of Europe’s largest bakeries, managing 15 production lines for Mr Kipling brands. Prior to this role, Lee held multiple positions at Coca-Cola European Partners, including Engineering Manager and Maintenance Manager, where responsibilities included asset reliability for over 50 manufacturing assets and the management of various engineering teams. Lee's earlier career included significant roles at Coca-Cola Enterprises, notably as Maintenance Manager and Asset Care Team Leader, where successful initiatives included the development of long-term maintenance plans across multiple production lines. Lee's educational background includes studies at Barnsley College from 1989 to 1995.
