Gardner Foss has extensive experience in the insurance and retail industries, currently serving as a Senior Personal Lines Trainer at Premier Group Insurance since March 2020, after progressing from Personal Lines Trainer. Prior roles include Inside Sales Representative at Safeco Insurance and a Sales Lead position at REI, where Gardner was recognized as a top leader among a large team, contributing significantly to sales and customer service excellence. Additionally, Gardner served as a Marketing Specialist and Team Leader for the Marketing Operations team at Wayfair, focusing on quality assurance and operational efficiency.
