Meggan Murray, CPA, CHFP has a substantial work experience in finance and accounting roles. Meggan is currently serving as the Vice President of Finance and Reporting at Premier Health since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Terrebonne General Health System as the Assistant Vice President of Finance, where they oversaw the Finance Division comprising approximately 120 employees across various departments. Their responsibilities included financial strategy and operations, revenue cycle management, and payor contracting, among others. Meggan also served as a Project Manager-Healthcare Strategies at Terrebonne General Health System, where they led the analysis and implementation of strategic planning and development programs.

Before joining Terrebonne General Health System, Meggan worked at University Medical Center New Orleans as an Assistant Controller, where they developed and implemented financial procedures and controls. Earlier in their career, they gained experience at Wegmann Dazet & Company as a Senior II, at LaPorte as a Senior Auditor, at Lattimore Black Morgain & Cain, PC as a Senior Accountant in Audit Services, and at LaPorte Sehrt Romig Hand as a Staff Accountant in Audit Services.

Meggan Murray, CPA, CHFP obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Louisiana State University, graduating in 2008. Meggan went on to obtain their Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the State Board of Certified Public Accountants of Louisiana in February 2013. In December 2016, Meggan also earned the Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) certification from the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA). Later on, in May 2019, they obtained the Certified Lean Practitioner certification from Transformance Advisors Inc. Meggan pursued further education and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from LSU Shreveport, graduating in 2020.
