Pam Ballard

Pam Ballard is a seasoned healthcare administrator with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Regional Administrator at Premier Health since November 2019, Pam has previously held positions such as Practice Manager at HCA Healthcare and Clinic Operations Manager at New Orleans East Hospital. Throughout a career spanning over two decades, Pam has also served as Women's Pavilion Manager at St. Tammany Parish Hospital and held dual roles as Director of Clinical Services and Director of Human Resources at LSU Healthcare Network. Pam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management with an emphasis on Human Resources Management from the University of New Orleans.
