Billie Lucente-Baker

Billie Lucente-Baker has extensive experience in human resources, working in various leadership roles. Billie began their career at Premier Health Partners in 2017 as the System Director of PSS HR & Talent Acquisition Services. In this role, they oversaw the HR and talent acquisition services for the entire organization. In 2019, they were promoted to Vice President of Human Resources, Support Services, where they played a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies for the support services division. Most recently, they became the Vice President of Talent Strategy, Human Resources in 2022, a role in which they continue to contribute to the overall talent strategy of the organization. Prior to their time at Premier Health Partners, they also served as the Director of Human Resources at Good Samaritan Hospital.

Billie Lucente-Baker obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Health Services Administration, with a focus on Planning, from the University of Cincinnati in 1997. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Human Resources Management and Services from Wright State University, which they completed in 2001.
