Ettalize MacLean

Ettalize Maclean has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as General Manager at Premier Hotels & Resorts since May 2004. Previously, Ettalize held the position of Assistant General Manager at Protea Hotels from August 2001 to April 2004 and worked as BQ Coordinator at both Tsogo Sun and Sheraton Pretoria. Early career experience includes a role as In Service Trainee Manager at Protea Hotels from 1996 to 1999, with training at Impala Protea Inn and Protea Hotel Waterfront. Ettalize Maclean holds a degree in Hotel Management from Wits Hotel School, completed in 1999, and has a Matric certificate obtained at Voortrekker Hoërskool in 1994.
