Shane Biles is Premier’s Service Manager who advises and works with the service, installation and comfort advisors on all technical related issues. Shane believes in having the highest quality people with the knowledge and workmanship to exceed industry standards, whilst delivering Premier customer service at a fair price. Shane has 15 years of experience in the HVAC industry. Shane started his career as an installation assistant and quickly progressed to installation lead, service technician, field supervisor, installation manager and service manager. Shane holds a state license as well as many other certifications and awards from the industry. Shane believes in continuing education and strives to learn something new every day.
