Lewis Keeling started their work experience in 2010 as a Floorwalker/Data Analyst at St. George's Healthcare NHS Trust. Lewis then moved on to become a Project Manager at Premier IT in 2011, where they worked until September 2013. In 2014, Lewis joined Premier IT again, this time taking on the role of Client Success Manager until November 2016. After that, they became the Client Services Director at the same company, starting in December 2016.

Lewis Keeling attended Cranleigh School, though the specific year of enrollment is unknown. Lewis studied there until 2006. Following their time at Cranleigh School, Lewis Keeling went on to pursue a Certificate of Higher Education at Swansea University. Lewis enrolled in 2006 and completed their studies in 2009. During their time at Swansea University, they focused on Business Management and Economics.
