Catherine Paterson

Catherine Paterson has a diverse work experience. Catherine started their career as an IMG Media Archive Intern in 2007 before joining the British Olympic Association as an Olympic Operations Co-ordinator, where they provided support for the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games. Catherine then worked at British Fencing as an Operations Manager (Special Projects) from 2008 to 2011. Catherine joined The Premier League in 2011 and held various roles, including Projects Manager, HR Manager, Head of HR, and Head of People before assuming their current position as Director of People in 2022.

Catherine Paterson attended the University of St Andrews from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a History MA degree with a focus on History.
