Ed Jones

Ed Jones is an accomplished Match Manager at The Premier League since August 2018, ensuring compliance with league rules through collaborative relationships with club and match officials, broadcasters, and commercial partners, with experience at several clubs including Nottingham Forest and Leicester City. Concurrently serving as Venue Media Manager for UEFA since February 2021, Ed plays a key role in delivering matches for prestigious tournaments including the Champions League and European Championships. Additionally, Ed has represented The FA as a Match Manager since January 2019, overseeing live match broadcasts for the Men’s FA Cup. Previous experience includes a 12-year tenure as Head of Media and Communications at Wigan Athletic F.C., where responsibilities included developing communication strategies and managing media relations during significant cup campaigns.
