Gareth Mills

Gareth Mills has a diverse work experience in the field of communications spanning over two decades. Gareth currently holds the position of Director of News and Corporate Communications at The Premier League since February 2022. Prior to this, Gareth served as the Head of News & Corporate Communications at The Premier League from March 2020 to February 2022.

Before joining The Premier League, Gareth worked at England Rugby, where they held the role of Head of Communications from June 2016 to February 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Communications Manager at England Rugby from May 2014 to June 2016.

Gareth's earlier experience includes working as a Communications Manager at Chelsea Football Club from September 2007 to April 2014. Gareth also worked as an Account Manager at Hill+Knowlton Strategies from January 2007 to September 2007.

Gareth's career began at the Lawn Tennis Association, where they worked as a Press Officer from November 2003 to December 2006.

Gareth Mills completed their Bachelor of Business Studies with a focus on Marketing & International Business at Massey University in Auckland, New Zealand. Gareth attended the university from 1997 to 2000.
