Katie Fitz-Costa

Katie Fitz-Costa has a range of work experience in various roles within the sports and media industries. Katie started their career in 2011 as a Sales Executive at Condé Nast Publications, where they were responsible for managing accounts, creating marketing proposals, and meeting monthly targets. Katie then joined Arsenal F.C in 2012 as a Senior Box Account Executive, where they managed high-net worth individuals, corporate organizations, and players, as well as assisted with event planning and generating new business. In 2017, Fitz-Costa moved to The Premier League, initially serving as a Football Relations Executive before progressing to roles as a Football Relations Manager and Senior Football Operations Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Football Operations at The Premier League.
