Samantha Welch

Samantha Welch is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR administration and staffing. Since February 2021, Samantha has been serving as the Human Resources System Administrator at Premier Magnesia, LLC, after previously holding the position of Human Resources Administrator where responsibilities included providing HR assistance and recruitment support. Prior to this role, Samantha spent over a decade at Manpower as a Staffing Specialist, focusing on client communication and applicant coaching. Samantha's career began at Drucker & Falk, LLC as an Assistant Property Manager, managing day-to-day operations for housing communities. In terms of education, Samantha earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Haywood Community College and is currently pursuing further studies at Southern New Hampshire University.
