Eliu Pineda

Eliu Pineda, MBA, SHRM-SCP, sHRBP, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Premier Medical Resources, where responsibilities include overseeing HR operations strategies and driving collaboration to align with organizational goals. Previously, Eliu held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston, working closely with senior leadership to implement strategic HR objectives. As the Human Resources Director at Community Health Choice, Eliu established the first HR department, mitigating employment risks and enhancing associate engagement. Earlier experience includes a role as Manager of Employee Services at Harris Health System, where Eliu developed training plans, and as HR Manager at Quietflex Manufacturing, responsible for HR services for a multi-state workforce. Eliu holds an MBA from Texas Woman's University and a BBA from Campbell University.
