Ian West

Ian West has a diverse work experience in the financial services industry. Ian is currently the Chief Operations Officer at Premier Miton Investors since 2018. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief of Staff at James Hay Partnership from December 2016 to January 2018.

Ian had an extensive tenure at Fidelity International, where they held various roles. Ian started as the Director of DC Operations in October 2004 and later became the Head of UK Business Operations and Change in November 2006. Ian then served as the Head of Retail Operations from January 2013 to January 2016, responsible for leading the customer service operations team across multiple locations. Ian also worked as the Strategy Director within the newly formed Global Shared Services function, focusing on streamlining global processes and reducing risk from January 2016 to October 2016.

Ian began their career at Barclays in October 1993 as the Business Transformation Director for Personal Banking, a role they held until October 2004.

Ian West attended the University of Cambridge from 1989 to 1992, where they pursued a degree in Mathematics. Ian later enrolled at Cranfield School of Management from 2001 to 2002, completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
