Tracy Roberts Trent Sweat

Tracy Roberts Trent Sweat has extensive experience in leadership and sales roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Sales Service Representative at Premier Paints CO, a licensee of Sherwin-Williams USA since January 2020, additional experience includes the role of Sales Director at Horvat Patents from January 2018 to January 2020. Notably, as the Founding Executive Director of the Virginia Area Musicians Association from 2003 to 2017, Tracy created performance venues for local musicians and developed the Rock the Block concert series in Lynchburg, VA. Previous positions include Non-Traditional Revenue Director at Clear Channel Communications and Founding Executive Director at Lynch’s Landing, Inc., focusing on downtown revitalization. Early career experience includes Market Manager at Lynchburg Community Market.
