Arika Jean Sanders

Arika Jean Sanders is an experienced professional with a diverse background in health coaching, sales, and creative direction. Currently serving as a Certified Independent Health Coach at Optavia since November 2021, Arika emphasizes the importance of small, achievable steps towards health goals. In addition, Arika has been the MN and MO Regional Sales representative at Premier Portable Buildings since April 2017, where sales and marketing efforts focus on custom building solutions. As the Owner and Creative Director of Great Plain Designs, Inc. since July 2004, Arika combines form and function in design. Previous experience includes a role as Creative Director/Host at Brackett Outdoors from January 2012 to February 2013, focusing on marketing and social media. Arika holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Visual Arts with an emphasis in Graphic Design from South Dakota State University, completed in 1998.
