Currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at PREMIER PRODUCE SERVICES since January 2017, Alan oversees daily operations, including sales, inventory management, and logistics, while managing substantial budgets for labor and equipment. Prior to this role, Alan was the Director of Sales and Business Development at the same company from 2014 to 2016, where leadership focused on expanding the portfolio and increasing retail and food service sales. Alan's career began in retail management as a Sales Supervisor at Best Buy, leading teams and enhancing performance through strategic goal setting and relationship management. Alan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Stephen F. Austin State University.
