Varsha Balusa

Varsha Balusa is an accomplished engineering professional with a strong background in solar energy engineering and chemical engineering. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Premier PV since December 2022, Varsha's previous experience includes roles as Design Engineer II and Project Engineer at Pure Power Engineering. Varsha has also contributed as a Research Assistant at Arizona State University, where contributions included enhancing the understanding of entrepreneurial mindsets in business practices and developing educational content for a solar commercialization course. Earlier research roles at Penn State University focused on corrosion testing for boiler systems, while internships at Tyson Foods and Dr. Reddy Inc. provided insights into operations management and pharmaceutical process development, respectively. Varsha holds a Professional Science Master's degree in Solar Energy Engineering and Commercialization from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University.
