Andrea Stuart

Andrea Stuart is the Regional Marketing Manager at Premier Sotheby's International Realty. Andrea has also worked as the Victim/Witness Coordinator at the State of North Carolina and MLS Coordinator at Coldwell Banker.

Andrea has dedicated their career to helping others. As the Victim/Witness Coordinator, they were the main liaison between the DA’s office and the Victim’s Rights Program. Andrea worked in Superior Court with victims of child abuse, rape, murder, robbery and other serious crimes. Andrea reviewed cases, prepared and distributed subpoenas to law enforcement and testifying witnesses, assisted the District Attorneys in both trial preparation and court procedures, and counseled and comforted victims and their families throughout the court system process. Andrea also scheduled victims and witnesses for court appearances, prepared and distributed Victim Impact Statements to victims of crime, composed defendant sentencing documentation to the arresting officer and victims, and utilized Court Management Systems software program to provide requested forms to the District Attorneys.

Before their work as the Victim/Witness Coordinator, Andrea was the MLS Coordinator at Coldwell Banker. In this role, they were responsible for maintaining accurate listings of properties for sale in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Andrea also handled customer inquiries about listed properties, prepared contracts, scheduled appointments, and coordinated marketing efforts for listed properties.

Andrea's experience in both customer service and administration makes their an excellent Regional Marketing Manager at Premier Sotheby's International Realty. In this role, they are responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives in their region. Andrea also manages a team of marketing coordinators and is responsible for their training and development. Under their leadership, the team has increased sales by 20% in the last year.

Andrea Stuart graduated from Elon University with a bachelor's degree in communication and media studies.

Their manager is Budge Huskey, President and Chief Executive Officer. They work with Alex L. Romeyn - Relocation Director, CRP, Matt Good - Managing Broker, and Brian Arnold - IT Director, Sarasota Region.
