Rocha Dollar has a diverse work experience spanning from 2011 to 2022. Rocha worked as an Operations Manager at Yo 2 Go from 2011 to 2014. Later, they worked as a Warranty Administrator I and II at Consolidated Metco from 2014 to 2020. In 2020, they worked as an Eligibility & Enrollment Clerk and Project Coordinator at Multnomah County Health Department via Robert Half. From 2021 to 2022, they worked as a Project Specialist at Starbucks via Aston Carter. In 2022, they worked as a Campaign Manager at Avalara via Robert Half and as a Business Analyst at Bonneville Power Administration via First Tek Inc. Currently, they are working as a Project Manager, Privacy Integration at Airbnb via Premier Talent Partners.

Rocha Dollar is a graduate of Portland State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health Studies specializing in Community Health Promotion. From 2020 to 2021, Rocha pursued a project management program at Clark College and received a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. In addition, Rocha has obtained numerous certifications from various institutions such as the National Safety Council, Oregon OSHA, and Coursera. Rocha has also completed courses in creativity, conflict resolution, time management, and project coordination and scheduling, among others, from Lynda.com.
