Chris Meyers Janda has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry, spanning several high-level leadership roles. Chris started their career at Allina Health in 1992, where they served as Director, Business Leader for a decade. In 2002, they joined Fairview Health Services as Vice President, Supply Chain, responsible for redesigning and restructuring supply chain operations across multiple hospitals. During their tenure, they achieved $22 million in ongoing savings and improved employee engagement. In 2008, Chris transitioned to the role of Vice President, Perioperative Services at University of Minnesota Medical Center, where they managed all pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative services across three surgical sites. Finally, in 2014, they joined Premier Inc. as Vice President, Account Management, working closely with executive leadership of hospitals and complex health systems to transform quality and cost-effectiveness. Chris has made significant contributions to the healthcare industry throughout their career.
Chris Meyers Janda earned a BA in Physiology with a minor in Spanish from the University of Minnesota from 1983 to 1988. From 1989 to 1991, they attended the same university and obtained an MHA (Master of Health Care Administration) in the field of Health Care Administration.
